🛠️ What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Media Assistant to join our team at The Awesome Factory and help bring our podcast, What Could Go Right?, to life. It’s an audio and video podcast featuring both host-only and guest interview episodes — and we need help editing, polishing, and prepping them for the world to enjoy.
Good news: we’ve already got over 100 episodes out in the world, so there’s a strong template and rhythm in place — but we’re also excited to hear your ideas for making things even better.
🎧 You’ll Be Helping With:
Editing podcast episodes (audio + video)
Exporting clips and prepping content for distribution
Possibly helping with social media content
Collaborating with a team that values creativity, clarity, and fun
💡 Bonus Points If You Know:
Riverside.fm (our recording platform)
Adobe Premiere (or similar video editing tools)
Instagram & Facebook (posting, reels, captions, etc.)
How to find the golden quote in a sea of conversation
