ABOUT LULUBUG'S GARDEN
Lulubug's Garden is a YouTube channel that teaches children that all feelings are okay, even when they're confusing or uncomfortable. By learning how to name emotions and practice simple strategies with friends, kids discover that big feelings are much less scary when you understand them.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a startup, and that means this role will touch a lot of different departments. You will be a part of a small, passionate team: keeping logistics moving, analyzing data for growth opportunities, creating content, and participating in the development of highly creative marketing strategies.
This role begins in administration and event support but grows into content creation and social channel moderation.
Job Responsibilities
Design promotional materials for product launches and events
Create content for monthly newsletters
Report on KPIs and growth opportunities
Participate in marketing strategy development
Track key performance indicators on multiple channels including monthly newsletters and social media channels
Moderate social platforms and respond to comments and direct messages
Manage RSVPs and event communications with high-profile guests including influencers and investors
Store runs and errands for supplies, pickups, deliveries
Support general administrative needs across the team and any active projects
Organize large files
Support on-site event setup and day-of execution
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Creative Design skills
Familiarity with design software like Adobe Suite
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude about unglamorous work
Familiarity with social media platforms
Experience tracking KPIs
Knowledge of tactics to optimize for social media algorithms
Comfortable following brand guidelines and moderating highly charged conversations online
Highly collaborative and capable of implementing rounds of feedback
Reliable transportation for local runs
Available for occasional evenings or weekends during events
Knowledge of the film industry and passion for film is highly recommended
