Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Part-Time Rental Associate to join our roster of team members at Enigma 3. As a Rental Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping us prepare, check-in, and maintain our film equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about film production and gear and want to be part of a dynamic and supportive team. This will be flexible scheduling depending on the amount of orders we are fulfilling each week.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of lighting, grip and camera equipment.
Inspect and ensure the functionality of all rental equipment.
Accurately check-in and check-out equipment to clients.
Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with loading and unloading equipment. Be emotionally invested in their project and in their success.
Keep track of rental inventory and update rental records.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized rental facility.
Participate in occasional maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Experience with cinema lights and camera gear:An ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with cinema lighting equipment and camera gear. This experience will be invaluable in identifying, prepping, wrapping and maintaining gear.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position with main working hours from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and/or 1:00PM to 6:00 PM, providing a total of 25 hours per week. The schedule may include weekends on occasion.

Compensation:

Starting Hourly wage of $14 per hour.
Profit Sharing: Additional Compensation based on company sales & service goals.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
