Media Arts Opportunities

Walt Disney Animation Studios’s Recruitment & Talent Development team is excited to announce two opportunities to learn about our 2025 Summer Internship programs!

The Skill Builders Committee at the Utah State Developmental Center has developed a series of 27 short training scripts to assist staff in practicing behavioral techniques with the individuals who live here. We're looking for someone to create a video example of each script. These would be short and simple - about 3-8 minutes long each. They would be filmed here on our campus. The videos would be of 2 people sitting at a table demonstrating a specific behavioral technique. You may bring your own actors or we can provide them (only need 2 per script; can be the same throughout or change). We're ready to get started on it anytime. Below is an example of part of one of the scripts.

The Computer Science Department is hiring a videographer! This jobs will give you opportunities to film and edit informative videos, videos for our events, and news videos. We are looking for individuals with videography and editing experience.

BYU Music Group (BYUMG) is looking for talented, driven, and self-motivated Media Arts students to help produce, direct, and edit music videos and other video content featuring groups such as BYU Vocal Point, BYU Noteworthy, BYU Singers, BYU Young Ambassadors, and more. These positions will be key members of our internal content development team and will work directly with the BYUMG executive producer and staff, the directors/conductors of the ensembles, and members of the ensembles.

The Utah Documentary Association is throwing a Spring Mixer this coming Friday, April 19th, at 7pm at WZRD Media. All are welcome: seasoned professionals, aspiring filmmakers, film students, enthusiasts.
