Biography

Kimball Jensen currently serves as the Associate Graduate Chair and is a critical studies faculty in media arts. Her interests are primarily in film and new media, but also in the intersection of popular culture and history broadly. Kimball has presented her work at many regional and national conferences and published her research on Asian American fan activism in the journal Mis-en-scene last year. When not working, Kimball enjoys experimenting with allergy-friendly baked goods and attending outdoor festivals with her husband and adorable children.
