Biography

As member of Stage Directors and Choreographer Society (SDC), Geoffrey has directed and choreographed over 100 productions in professional, regional, community, and educational theatre settings. His creative work has been performed across the US. Some of his favorite directing credits include Holes, Singin’ in the Rain, Macbeth, West Side Story, and Mamma Mia.

Geoffrey received his Master of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee and his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music, Dance, Theatre and Theatre Education from Brigham Young University. He taught theatre for five years in secondary education and has taught seven years in high education at Valdosta State University and most recently, Utah Tech University where he served as the Director of Utah Tech's Entertainment Alliance.

Geoffrey been seen internationally in Asia, Russia, South America, and Europe. Some of Geoffrey’s favorite acting roles include Bert in Mary Poppins, Jimmy Ray in Bright Star, Mr. Brooke in Little Women, and Cat in the Hat in Seussical! Geoffrey is also certified (as an unarmed) stage combatant through the Society of American Fight Directors (SAFD).
