Mary Anderson Bair

Graduated 1974

After a mission to Germany Frankfurt where she helped with an American Army Base production of The Fantasticks, Mary returned to marry and subsequently have 8 children. She is involved in community oratorio and musical productions. Her most recent project was producing Women of the Old Testament, an oratorio by Rosalind Crosby. She currently sings in and is orchestra manager for the community 150-voice Valley Choral Society in Sacramento, California. The society has performed the Messiah and multiple masses and requiems.

Dallyn Vail Bayles

Graduated 2004, Music Dance Theatre

Dallyn performed in the China premiere of Les Miserables with Colm Wilkinson, and later played Enjolras in the show’s Broadway touring company. He premiered the role of Joseph Smith in the new Nauvoo Pageant. In the new LDS film, Joseph Smith: Prophet of the Restoration, he plays Hyrum Smith. He also stars in recent films from the Liken the Scriptures series. He appeared as Archibald Craven in The Secret Garden at the Village Theatre in Seattle, WA. Dallyn is a member of Actors’ Equity Association.

Trilby Fox Cope

Graduated 1984, Theatre Arts

Trilby performed in productions at Sundance Theatre, SCERA Shell, PVP, as well as touring with the Young Ambassadors. After serving a mission to Houston, Texas and graduating she taught high school/junior high school theatre and journalism for five years and then resigned to direct the production of 4 daughters. (Her husband, Bill works in the Office of Information Technology at BYU.) Trilby has worked as a musical director for various productions, and for the past 15 years has been a vocal teacher/coach in her own studio.

Matthew Herrick


Last attended BYU in 2001

Following graduation, he pursued his MFA in Acting from The University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 2004. Throughout all of his schooling, he worked as an actor, maintained a private voice studio, and did musical direction for many theatres and studios in the region. He now resides in New York City with his wife and two children.  He has appeared in national commercials, soap operas, off-Broadway plays, a magazine cover and recently made his solo-singing debut at Carnegie Hall.

Clark Johnsen

Last attended BYU in 2002

Clark Johnsen started his acting/singing/dancing training at BYU.  After graduation, Clark performed in the historic 42nd Street Moscow production, and subsequently tapped across America on the first national tour of 42nd Street.  Clark then made his Broadway debut as an original cast member in the Tony award-winning revival of La Cage Aux Folles.  Regional credits include: Mame, starring Christine Baranski and Harriet Harris (Kennedy Center), Pirates of Penzance, The Scarlet Pimpernel (Sacramento Music Theater), Children of Eden (Ford’s Theater), Footloose (Marriott Theater), West Side Story (Theater Under the Stars), The Hot Mikado (Westchester Broadway Theater), and Annie Get Your Gun (Gateway Playhouse).  Clark can currently be seen playing the role of Eddie in the Las Vegas cast of Mamma Mia.

Kevin McClellan

Graduated 1993

Kevin also earned a master's degree in dance from BYU. He currently serves as the artistic director for Draper Historic Theatre and teaches mathematics and stage crew at Kearns High School.

Anna Worthen McKeown

Anna Worthen McKeownGraduated 2002, BFA Music Dance Theatre.  She completed a year on tour with the National Tour of Disney's Beauty and the Beast covering the role of Belle. She is married to Gregory McKeown and they are the parents of Grace, Eve, and Gregory Jack, Jr.  Anna and Gregory enjoyed participating together in the Christmas DVD, Joy to the World, and most recently Anna performed in Savior of the World as Mary. The McKeowns now live in Stanford, California.
