Katherine Marie Pentz

Graduated April 2005, BA Theatre Arts Studies

After graduation in April of 2005, Katherine did some temping in Colorado, traveling in Europe and substitute teaching in Colorado. She then finally decided she'd had enough of all the lollygaggin' around, so she flew to DC to do costume overhire for a show at Imagination Stage (a non-profit, professional children's theatre in Bethesda, Maryland). She fell in love with both the area and the theatre, and knew she'd found her new home. She moved to Maryland, interned at Washington National Opera and worked as an illustrator, before finally being hired by  Imagination Stage as an assistant costume shop manager. She loves it.  Plans for the future include graduate school and adventure!
