Submission Guidelines



If you are a current TMA student, you are welcome to post your portfolio on our website.  Your portfolio will remain active until you graduate.  If you are a TMA alumnus, you are welcome to post your portfolio on our website for at least one year.  After one year, you must submit a new or updated portfolio or else the text from your portfolio will be moved to the Alumni Updates portion of our website.

Portfolio Guidelines

To submit a professional portfolio, please email the following information to tmaweb@byu.edu:

  1. Your name (as you would like it to appear)
  2. The year you last attended or graduated (or indicate that you are a student)
  3. The program from which you graduated (you may indicate what your emphasis is, e.g. directing, acting)
  4. Your email address (and please indicate whether you would like it posted on our website or not)
  5. A short (75 word) description of your professional activities since you attended BYU.  Please write this description in the third-person.  You may include personal information, but TMA reserves the right to edit all submissions.
  6. (Optional) You may include an e-resume limited to one page.  Accepted forms are .pdf, .jpg (72 dpi), and Word.
  7. (Optional) You may also attach a head shot or current photo in .jpg format (72 dpi).
